During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the spacious and clean rooms at the hotel. They were exactly what I expected from a budget hotel. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to key attractions and amenities in the area. Another advantage I enjoyed was the friendly and accommodating staff who made my stay comfortable.

The staff seemed uneducated and uncoordinated, which resulted in a lack of coordination between the hotel and the call center. The room cleanliness was subpar, with small cockroaches in the washroom and near the side table.

Great Amenities and Convenient Location

The hotel had great amenities, such as a fitness room and room service. The location was also very convenient, with many shops and restaurants nearby. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast that was offered each morning.

Our stay was marred by horrible room conditions and unhelpful staff. The room was dirty, with bugs in the bathroom and dirty sheets.

The room I stayed at Sohna Road Extension was okay, with a comfortable bed and functional TV and air conditioning. The staff was friendly and the service was acceptable. The location was convenient for transit stays, providing good value for money. The room was clean and spacious, perfect for solo travelers needing a place to sleep over. The bathroom, though average, served its purpose. the hotel provided complimentary breakfast, which was basic but satisfactory.

The hotel needs to improve its overall maintenance and facilities, as some rooms had issues with insects and broken fittings.
